Ingredients: 1 half stick of unsalted butter 1 tbsp of minced garlic 2 tsp #garlicgoals 1 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari or aminos) 1 tbsp sugar OR monk fruit sweetener 1/2 tbs of oyster sauce Chopped green onions 2 cups of spaghetti or low carb noodles 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Cracked black pepper Instructions: Melt butter in a pan on medium high heat. Ingredients: 2 cups frozen cauli rice 1 tablespoon chicken bone broth 2 tablespoons cream cheese 1 tablespoon heavy cream 1 tsp #fauxtatopotahto Instructions: Heat a bag of frozen cauliflower rice for 6 minutes or until fully heated (use the instructions listed on the bag). Add the rice to a blender along with the bone broth, cream cheese, heavy cream, and #fauxtatopotato. Pulse until everything is pureed and mixed thoroughly.

Ingredients: 1 tablespoon cooking oil 1/4 cup of onions 1 pound of cooked #tacotuesday seasoned ground beef (see instructions below) 2 tablespoons of #tacotuesday seasoning 2 tablespoons of sour cream 2 heaping tablespoons cream cheese 2 tablespoons of taco sauce 2 tablespoons of queso dip 1/3-1/2 cup taco blend shredded cheese Instructions: Heat a non-stick skillet on medium heat and add oil and onions.
