1 half stick of unsalted butter

1 tbsp of minced garlic

2 tsp #garlicgoals

1 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari or aminos)

1 tbsp sugar OR monk fruit sweetener 

1/2 tbs of oyster sauce

Chopped green onions

2 cups of spaghetti or low carb noodles 

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 

Cracked black pepper 



  1. Melt butter in a pan on medium high heat. Add minced garlic and #garlicgoals, soy sauce, and sweetener to the pan. Mix. 
  2. Add of oyster sauce and green onions and sauté until the sauce is thoroughly mixed and the garlic is soft. 
  3. Put the package of noods in the pan and toss the noodles in the sauce and grated parm. Top with cracked black pepper.
